We do not have a showroom at this time.

Where do you source your products from?

Our designers have scoured the globe finding suppliers in many continents to bring you the best possible selection of good quality home interiors products. Mainly our suppliers are based in the UK and Europe, but we do source items from all over the globe.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At the present moment we only accept PayPal. You can use PayPal to pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

When will my Virtual Design Package arrive?

The length of time it will take to complete your scheme will depend on the package purchased, although in all cases we aim to get this to you as soon as we possibly can.

We aim for a maximum lead time as listed below.

  • Virtual Design One – 4 Weeks
  • Virtual Design Two – 6 Weeks
  • Virtual Design Three 8 Weeks

What do you need from me?

We will ask you for photographs of the room/space that you would like designed. We will also need measurements of the space. Don’t worry it’s not complicated and we will provide a step-by-step guide for how to take the photos and the measurements. We’ll also ask you to fill out a questionnaire that lets us get to know you better, including your likes and dislikes, and we will ask you for inspiration photos of rooms that you love.

Can I incorporate some of my own furniture in the design?

Absolutely. We just need a photograph of the item as well as measurements and we can include in the design.

If I change my mind, do you offer a refund?

We can offer a refund up to 1 week from purchasing. After 1 week the purchase is no longer refundable.

I want to change a few things in the design, can I?

Revisions are not possible once the design has been received. We do however ensure that we have obtained a full brief to make this need unlikely.

How much is shipping?

At Casa Uniqua, we have decided to take the bold step of offering all of our products with Free Economy Delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are working on implementing an international shipping policy and hope to be able to offer this services soon, at the present moment we do not ship internationally.

I need something urgently, can you help me?

We will always do our very best to get your order to you in the fastest possible time. If you have a specific delivery requirement please contact thestudio@casauniqua.co.uk and we will of course try and assist.

What is your returns policy and procedure?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Casa Uniqua.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us to arrange to return your order. All items must be pre-arranged and returned within 14 days, and either organised to be returned by yourself, or by us (for a standard charge).
We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Once received back at our returns depot, a refund will be issued.

This 14 day guarantee doesn’t apply to non-standard, customised or special order products.

Should you wish to return an item, this must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You can contact us at thestudio@casaunqua.co.uk for details of the returns procedure. Please note that we are unable to refund delivery charges.
